Coming from a non-target school and an unconventional career path, I knew that pivoting my career through an MBA would be a challenge. Emilie was an incredible coach throughout my DMBA application process. She created an application timeline based around my availability and goals, and when I had to make adjustments, she was flexible and supportive. Her energy and encouragement gave me the confidence to present my best self.

Jonathan has gone absolutely above and beyond, I have never worked with anyone else who has spent so much time off the clock in answering my questions, checking my practice work, and giving me emotional support when I need it most. He is extremely generous with his time, and really aims to maximize how much he covers in sessions. He was really tough on me which is absolutely exactly what I need. The best career coach is one who pushes you on your weaknesses so you can really exceed in interviews, and I deeply wish I met Jonathan sooner. I want to be more like him, he has impeccable people skills and is very insightful, and beyond preparing me for technicals, he is able to provide very honest and sometimes hard to hear commentary, and also encourage me to self reflect on softer skills like how I interact and carry myself, which honestly I never even thought of before as I am so focused on getting questions right, that I hadn’t thought about sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. He also records our sessions which nobody else has done and is fantastic as it allows me to go back and memorize what he has told me to do . I hope I can become a Jonathan one day!

Max is one of the most articulate and well spoken people I have ever met. He is extremely methodical in preparing you and clearly puts a lot of effort into developing a structured agenda based off the goal at hand. We had a meeting before my interview and he so generously stayed on the phone an extra hour , and despite only meeting then, he continued to follow up with me to support me and check on progress, as well as send me practice materials and answer my questions. His technical questions were very in depth and I really appreciated his scoring system, as well as that he sent me notes after our session on how to talk through my deals, and his framework for speaking about deals in interviews. I want to be more like Max!!!! He is by far one of the best people I have ever worked with and I look forward to spending more time together as I get more interviews

Kerry does a phenomenal job learning everything about your story then helps you synthesize and highlight key elements that resonate with what each program is looking for. She will be an honest thought partner, pushing you to refine when she thinks you can do better while keeping you motivated and enthusiastic throughout the process. She draws on her vast knowledge and coveted expertise from being on admissions to give you insights you cannot find elsewhere. Absolutely worth it working with her!

Debby has helped me through every step of the admissions process, from picking schools to apply to, numerous rounds of essay edits, and even picking my references.
