Working with Madhuri has been amazing! She knows so much and has a great way of helping you through big changes without making you feel stressed. She breaks everything down into easy steps that make sense. What makes her special is her plan for people changing careers, plus she's been through it herself so she really gets what you need to do to get hired. She knows exactly what works to help you stand out and get your foot in the door. I love working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to switch careers.

After studying for a while, I felt that I was perpetually stuck in the 160s. Akaash was a great coach and helped me land 2 offers after I had tried on my own for over a year with no success. He digs deep into technical stuff (aside from the generic guide questions), deal walkthroughs, and modeling. Working with Claire was a great experience - when one of my initial coaches became too busy and backed out, she stepped up and was able to take over quickly and effectively. From there, working with her was great - fast iterations on essays and great advice, as well as providing perspectives and takes that would help me differentiate myself from other candidates & boiler-plate essays. Having attended a few free Leland sessions, I was actually planning to go with a different coach, but I decided to coach with Claire because I saw that she would be someone who would 1) keep me honest with whatever timeline I set, 2) provide encouragement to keep pushing through the process, 3) and give honest feedback. And she certainly delivered! Claire was very responsive to my messages; tailored in her approach, e.g., we put together a coaching package for what I was looking for; and provided direct, directional, and insightful comments on essays to help me make the next draft meaningfully better.
