I had the pleasure of working with Martin during our time together at REEF Technology. Martin was by far the most collaborative cross-functional business partner that my Analytics group supported. Martin works extremely well across teams, is highly influential and forges strong relationships across the employee spectrum. He manages to connect with individual contributors just as well as he does executives. One of Martin's greatest assets is his ability to work well under pressure and to bring order and clarity to chaos. Martin is a builder that managed to piece together intel from various parts of the business and provide insights to our leadership team at critical stages of growth. He always had a pulse on the business and was first to discover insights. Above all, Martin is a highly intelligent, high-level thinker with expertise across industries and corporate functions. I have seen Martin lead successful project delivery in performance management, growth, revenue operations, and analytics. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Martin Winkowski in the future.

When I was a senior MD in investment banking, Nikhil was a VP in our broader team, and was one of the very few people I felt truly belonged at MD level. Amongst other attributes, his leadership, client and commercial skills were equal to if not better than many of his senior peers, as other MDs also recognised. So when he approached me with his proposal to lead individual coaching relationships across the team, I was very supportive given he had coached a number of bankers with very positive results and was highly respected by junior colleagues. Nikhil cares deeply about the development of others, earns confidence and trust quickly, and I can think of no one better as a coach to investment bankers or professionals in similarly demanding industries.

I had a great experience working with Khara on my attorney job search. She provided clear, strategic guidance tailored to the legal field and helped me approach my search with greater direction and focus. Her insights on applications and interviewing were especially valuable. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping attorneys succeed in their careers.

Our company is 10x better off after learning from Kristen. She helped us all get set up on Claude Code in the terminal, pushed our thinking on what is possible, and taught us how to built agents/systems that have changed how we work forever. John is an incredibly sharp and creative leader who sets a high bar for excellence in Product Marketing. At New Relic, he was instrumental in my growth, offering the kind of nuanced feedback on messaging and positioning that changes the trajectory of a career. I still rely on his specific frameworks for messaging and enablement—they are, in my view, best-in-class. Any team would be lucky to have his focus and seamless approach to the GTM motion; I certainly wouldn't be the leader I am today without his mentorship.
