CPT Randall has been an amazing mentor to me in my career. He sacrificed his personal experience and time to assist my soldiers when I didn't have the knowledge to do so. He always handled every soldier problems with the utmost attention and care. He new and understood over 100 soldiers individually creating bonds that I have never seen in my six years of service. CPT Randall helped me survive the worst year of my life and gave me the support I needed to thrive. It is safe to say without CPT Randall's coaching and mentoring I would not be in the Army today.
