Arielle is an amazing coach! She is well versed in all things recruiting across the finance industry. Her guidance and coaching was essential as I recently recruited for investment banking. If I could do more than five stars I would! Rebecca has a gift for this. She's incredibly smart, while being pointedly intentional and empathetic with each individual client. The way she connects allows her clients to open up. Whether in-person or virtually, this same connection is present. When I worked with Rebecca there were 3 different exercises we worked through over 3 sessions and I could see the improvement on my Life Wheel across each session. Our conversations and reflection helped me to focus on joining a board (which I did!), on focusing on my health (which I did!), and on prioritizing my close relationships, which guided a lot of how my time has been spent. She gives a holistic approach - I don't know anyone else that does it better!

Rose is my go-to person when it comes to career advice. She is empathetic and honest when giving feedback. I wouldn’t be where I am in my career without her support!
