I found Josh through his linkedin content. I always knew I wanted to join a startup, but wasn't sure how to evaluate what was going to succeed and what wasn't. Josh helped dissect the core differentiators between startups that were going to make it (clear PMF, sharp team, strong leadership) vs those that weren't. Josh personally coached me and I ended up getting 5 offers over the course of 2 months. I could not recommend him enough.

I've been working on my own startup for the past 3 years now. At the 2-year mark, I hit a wall and our company was stuck at 500k ARR.
