About Rose

In 2015, I fell into recruiting after working in customer support and sales. I haven't looked back and am grateful for the hundreds of candidates I've worked with since! With just under a decade of experience in recruiting, I've been lucky to work in nimble startups to help scale their business, hiring for a variety of roles within a variety of departments. It's been an exciting journey and I'd love to use my insights to help anyone looking to level up in their career.

Why do I coach?

What I love most about recruiting is the ability to meet so many different people throughout the week and help them through their interviews. Coaching allows me to focus on this area on an individual and personalized basis. A job search is a vulnerable process; with that in mind, my goal is to be as supportive as possible, and provide confidence. I understand that people have goals in mind, but can sometimes get stuck. It can be overwhelming. I'm here to help simplify and demystify this process, and make it more accessible. Empowering people to reach their full potential is what drives me in this work. I've completed training with Co-Active Coaching, focused on powerful techniques to encourage open communication in coaching sessions.
