Tim's knowledge and support were invaluable in guiding me through the application process for HBS. When I started with Tim, I didn't have a solid narrative or post-MBA goals. Tim really worked with me throughout the entire process, including 6 rounds of essay revision, until I was proud of the final version. Tim was also very responsive to questions around the clock, which I really appreciated as we got close to deadline. Lindsay navigated the various steps in the Pivot process right alongside me. Her coaching provides a path to becoming more intentionnal with decision-making and being present over perfect while going through the steps. The Pivot coacking process unfolded natually and instilled a confidence that transformed how I view work, transitions and life balance.
