Kevin has been a life long coach to me. I've known him since I was a child, and when I told him that when I grew up that I wanted to be in the military just like him, he immediately provided me salient advice that I never forgot, and it did in fact help me become an officer in the Marine Corps. He coached me yet again when I was beginning my interservice transfer from the Marine Corps to the Air Force reserves. Kevin's experience of being an Officer in the Air Force was invaluable to me in that he knew what the Air Force recruiters were looking for and provided guidance on how to word my essays to better align with those desired traits. Outside of the military, Kevin has also coached me on what it means to be a father to a daughter. I remember the moment I told him that my wife was pregnant with a girl and he became more excited than i'd ever seen him before. I know how much he enjoys being a dad to two daughters, and his excitement to share his #girldad knowledge with me was yet another sign of his passion to pass on knowledge and wisdom. I am sure anyone who took the time to be coached by Kevin would come out better and more prepared than they were prior to working with him! It's a no-brainer.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben several years ago, and he consistently impressed me with his ability to ask insightful questions and approach challenges with fresh perspectives. His guidance was thoughtful and impactful, and his positive, collaborative attitude made him a true joy to work with.

Paul was super awesome in helping me land my software engineering role! He helped guide me through the process of how to prepare for interviews and what I could expect. He coached me through the kind of questions I would be asked and which work experiences I had would be beneficial to bring up.

Ben is someone that is very disciplined, has a high degree of emotional intelligence, and a wealth of knowledge especially when it comes to the soft skills required to be successful within a large multinational firm and across multiple geographies. The advice Ben gives is easy to follow because he’s established great credibility through his past experiences. I myself have moved from the US to work internationally in London and through some of the struggles that come with those adjustments, Ben’s positive influence has helped to empower me to embrace new challenges and treat them as opportunities rather than roadblocks. Ben is incredibly selfless and has a long term commitment to maintaining strong relationships and he genuinely wants to see others maximize their potential to be the best they can be, both personally and professionally!

Leah’s mentorship was critical to me starting my career in consulting. Between UVA and ECP I worked with Leah for ~1 year, in which time I went from a novice analyst to a competitive applicant and a prepared young professional. I’m so grateful to her for going out of her way to coach me on how to tell a story in slides, how to conduct thoughtful, high quality analysis, and how to present to a wide variety of audience. And beyond that, I’m thankful for the hours of intentional listening and advice she has given me as both a formal and informal mentor. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
