About Kevin

I have been a Physician Assistant over 12 years and in various positions/clinics ranging from family practice to Urgent Care/ER and flight medicine to more recently endocrinology/hormone functional medicine. I have also worked in both civilian and military. I recently retired from USAF after 28 years and I am a graduate of the rigorous Interservice Physician Assistant Program. It is consistently ranked as a top 20 program for PA school. I also have the distinction of a two-time applicant. I know how it feels to not get accepted but more importantly, I know what it takes to improve a PA package, find the discrepancies or shortfalls and show to the committee you are deserving and join the ranks of Physician Assistant.

Why do I coach?

I enjoy teaching, educating and passing along any knowledge to the next generation of medical providers. Not in the world of A&P, chemistry, and classes. That is what school is for. I enjoy discussing what matters to you, why you want to be a PA or mid-level provider, what specialty, what qualifications do you have or what do you need. In my time in the USAF I have helped both military personnel and civilians who shadow our clinics get into PA school with both verbal discussions as well as recommendation letters if deserving. Ranging from acceptance into PA schools for IPAP, Emory, Pacific, as well as fellowship positions once a PA such as ER PA and orthopedic fellows, etc.
