James and I worked together closely in my first few years out of college. During this time, James was an excellent mentor to me, and not only taught me the ins and outs of the business, but helped me develop confidence in furthering my own career. I attribute a lot of my business acumen today to those years I worked with James.

Rebecca was one of the most foundational people at a critical time in both my career and personal life. Her coaching style is both grounded and practical; she helped me break down the ambiguous, vague, and big into digestible and insightful so I could move from inertia to action. She did this all while helping me stay true to myself, align and communicate my values and strengths, and bring others along for the journey. Her competence and perspective are only rivaled by her warmth. Because of her, I have been able to navigate tough discussions, project plan keeping both the deliverables and humans in mind, communicate respectfully, and apply human-centered design. I still even use an analogy with clients that she provided me! Because of her, I have also been able to experiment - balancing testing out hypotheses, collecting and validating data, and create insights and plans that work for everyone involved. I would not be where I am in my career or life without her and could not recommend her highly enough.

Ryan was the absolute best tutor for ochem 1 and 2! Not only does he make sure you have a solid understanding of the basics, but he sets you up so that you feel confident going into class, labs, and exams. He doesn’t make you feel embarrassed for confusion and/or questions. He will see how you’re interpreting the material and help guide you to the correct understanding. Overall super grateful to have had him for ochem!

Stone has been a coach of mine throughout my post-MBA career. He has been incredibly generous with his time and feedback during our monthly check-ins and has helped me navigate a business unit at the company that I didn't know much about coming into my role. He has also helped me excel while making a pivot into a new industry and new functional role post-MBA. I find Stone's feedback to be thoughtful and actionable.
