Background / Profile Context: - Region: International female from an overrepresented Asian country - Education: Undergrad in an Economics-related major; Low GPA - Experience: ~6-7 years in Tech - Leadership: Functional team lead and mentorship roles (no direct management experience) - Stats: GMAT Focus 715 - Application Timing: All R2 - Results: 6/6 Interview Invites, 5/6 Admits, including 2 M7s (Accepted to dream school Sloan with $$ Dean's Fellowship) and 3 T15s (one full-ride, one half-tuition). Total scholarship ~$300K+. Overall Experience: My journey started with a free intro call that set the bar incredibly high. Greg spent over an hour providing a realistic, strategic assessment of my profile. As an applicant from a highly competitive pool with a low GPA applying entirely in Round 2, I needed a consultant who could find my unique edge. Greg’s balanced honesty and proactive attitude made him the clear choice. He was upfront about the challenges of coming from an overrepresented pool and immediately gave me actionable advice on my GMAT target and school strategy. Coming from a analytics role with ~7 years of experience, I had plenty of technical achievements but lacked "direct management" titles. Greg was instrumental in helping me pivot my resume from "technical tasks" to "executive impact." We had a very thorough call going through each bullet points on my resume, and unearthed stories I had previously overlooked, several of which later became the "key stories" for my essays and interviews. Greg is a master of the "cohesive narrative." He has an incredible memory for detail, often connecting dots from our brainstorming sessions weeks prior to strengthen a current essay. He is exceptionally skilled at keeping essays concise and punchy without losing any critical context. The interview preparation was equally transformative. Instead of just running through mock questions, Greg taught me a comprehensive research methodology. We mapped out a strategy on how to structure responses, which stories to deploy for specific questions, and how to bridge my tech analytics background to my post-MBA goals. Greg for sure made me more confident when walking into the interviews. Greg provided a significant amount of "excess time" through generous round-downs and complimentary services, always prioritizing the quality of the application over the clock. He even reached out to his network to ensure we were presenting certain aspects of my profile in the most effective way possible. Conclusion: It still feels like a dream to have received an offer and a fellowship from my dream school—a goal that felt far out of reach just a year ago. I have already recommended Greg to my close friends, and I would recommend him to anyone serious about their MBA goals. He is detailed, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in his clients' success.

Aateeb supported me end to end through my MBA applications and was an incredible coach to have by my side! From our first sessions, he came in highly organized with a clear, sequenced plan that made an otherwise overwhelming process feel very structured and manageable. He pushed me to reflect deeply on my story and helped me build a cohesive narrative across my essays. He has a strong sense for what top programs are actually looking for, and his experience in climate and sustainability was especially valuable given my focus. He helped surface what was most distinctive about my background and sharpen my “why” in a way that felt both authentic and compelling. Beyond the application work, he was a constant source of encouragement and helped me show up with confidence in interviews. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Greg was a genuine thought partner throughout the my MBA admissions process. I applied while working abroad, and he adapted without missing a beat — time zones, limited flexibility, asynchronous collaboration, etc. He was consistently thoughtful, responsive, strategic, and honest. What most stands out is Greg's integrity. He is not running a playbook for several clients at a time. He'll push back where it matters and clarify your purpose. Strongly recommend to anyone, but especially if you're working in climate or international development.

Geri reviewed my essays for six schools. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by her ability to cut to the heart of what I was trying to say. Her eye for structure is unparalleled — she has a true gift for arranging content in ways that are both clear and compelling. What I appreciated most working with Geri was her honesty. We met regularly to discuss broad strokes of the essay process, and there were instances when she would tell me plainly that a draft or topic wasn't working. I appreciated these conversations and that she wasn’t just telling me what she thought I wanted to hear or taking the path of least resistance. Working with Geri, I felt like I had someone genuinely in my corner. Of the six programs I applied to, I was admitted to four. I owe that in no small part to Geri’s wisdom. I was privileged to draw on her experience and insight, and I'd recommend her without hesitation.

Yoshana helped me tremendously in navigating the application cycle as a semi–non-traditional, first-generation law applicant. The knowledge and insight she provided at every step of the process (personal statements, letters of recommendation, LSAT strategy, and more) were invaluable. Beyond that, she genuinely cared about my success throughout the entire journey. With her help, I was ultimately accepted to my top-choice law school. I can’t recommend Yoshana and her coaching highly enough.
