Sushmitha is a very kind person who will help you out on your preparation. I was lucky enough to have Sushmitha as my mentor throughout my journey, she goes above and beyond in helping me shape my pre-interview essay for Sloan.

The advice that Greg gave me throuhgout my graduate school application process brought the best out of me in terms of my professional writing capabilities. Many times throughout the application process there were minor uncertainties that I faced, and Greg would guide me to make the most logical decision with his experience. The skills that Greg taught me didn't only get me into many of my target schools, but these life skills can be carried over throughout my career path.

I did a mock HBS interview session with Yash and it was incredibly helpful! Yash is a sharp, observant, and prepared coach. He shared thoughtful and thorough feedback and helped me hone answers to questions that ultimately came up in the interview.

Coming into this process, I was not the obvious candidate. Lower GPA and GRE than my target schools, slightly less work experience, and work experience that wasn’t consulting, IB, PE, or any feeder industry into top MBA programs. Geri took all of that and helped me turn it into a strength. She has a real gift for helping you find the thread in your story - the thing that makes your profile genuinely interesting rather than just a list of accomplishments. She pushed me to think about my experiences differently and helped me craft applications that felt like me, not a template. It was also tremendously helpful to have someone who had actually been on the other side of admissions helping me think about my application strategy holistically - she knew exactly how these decisions get made and that came through in everything she advised. She was also incredibly diligent throughout - always checking in, keeping me accountable, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. I got into my dream schools, and truly can’t thank Geri enough!

Working with Geri was awesome. She was incredibly kind, always prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. She was very flexible and always willing to make time when I needed it. It made the process of applying so much less stressful. She didn't over promise and but definitely over delivered. Geri did a great job of helping me craft a narrative that was authentic. I highly recommend working with Geri to anyone!

Vica was an incredible coach and an even better person to have in my corner during the MBA process. From the beginning, she was thoughtful, strategic, and deeply supportive. I had a great experience working with Yash on mock interviews. He came very well prepared and was thoughtful in his approach throughout. What stood out most was how he adapted between sessions. We did 1 "normal" mock with feedback at the end and then in our second session, he helped me refine my stories, narrow down my “top 5 STAR stories” and improve how I structured my answers. He was also very honest about how to best use our time, even ending a session early when he felt I had what I needed. Beyond the sessions themselves, he followed up afterward to check on how my interview went, which I really appreciated and showed how thoughtful and supportive Yash is as a coach and mentor. Overall, I found his coaching highly valuable and well worth the investment. In the end, the sessions paid off as I had a successful interview with my dream program!!!!
