I worked with M on my Tuck application under an incredibly compressed timeline, and I can confidently say this is the strongest application I've ever submitted. As an international student, I understand the weight of this investment, and M is the best partner anyone can ask for through this infamously demanding process. Where to start? Andy not only helps you with your application process but he makes you believe in yourself in the process. I had applied the year prior to meeting Andy and had been rejected almost everywhere. I felt lost, had lost some hope, but decided to meet Andy and see if it was worth going for it again. Through our conversation, our "Therapy session", and structure we were able to fine tune my stories and create a powerful message that could help me this time around. I was worried about my GRE score (326) but he showed me and made me see that my story and experiences were the biggest thing in my life. Today, I want to almost cry in tears of happiness that my process is over and have been accepted to Stanford GSB!!! Andy you have an amazing personality, heart, and are an incredible counselor. Claire is one of the most responsive and intelligent people I've worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about what MBA programs look for and used these insights to share feedback on my applications. She is always able to keep the mood light despite applicants being super stressed. Claire also always gives feedback in an incredibly polite and constructive way.
