I have been working with Mary close to a year on a monthly basis. In that time, she coached me through challenges in my role as a leader, as well as supported me in my personal growth. She created a safe space to open up and explore what is unseen/invisible. Was only my first session with Christian but I felt it was extremely worth it. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to interview with McKinsey. As someone with no prior experience in the MBB interview process, I found the preparation daunting. With less than a month to prepare, I reached out to Fiona for an introductory call, during which I explained my situation. Fiona immediately laid out a clear plan to help me 1) understand the process and expectations, 2) identify areas of weakness, and 3) practice a variety of case types. Fiona’s guidance was invaluable, particularly in preparing for the Personal Experience Interview (PEI) section, which gave me greater confidence during the interviews. She quickly identified two specific areas where I needed improvement: chart interpretation and quantitative analysis. Fiona provided targeted practice cases that helped me strengthen these skills significantly. In just three weeks, I became thoroughly familiar with the interview process and felt much more confident. While I didn’t receive an offer this time, the progress I made under Fiona’s coaching was remarkable, and I feel well-prepared for future opportunities.
