I recently switched into a new role and PJ has been very helpful with helping to define focus areas. I’m new to startup life and appreciated his perspective on how to prioritize and operate at a fast-growing and early-stage company. He has a unique perspective having worked in tech across companies large and small. I was connected to Alex via a friend who worked at BCG with him. At the time I had received an interview invitation from the GSB, and was seeking guidance on the GSB's culture, interview process and specific tips to succeed. I was recently accepted to the GSB, and credit Alex with being an instrumental part in changing my life and achieving this goal. Despite Alex not knowing me at all, his commitment reflected that I was like a close friend. Alex didn't just explain the GSB to me, he provided details on specific jargon and initiatives the GSB community would know. Alex explained: the FOAM party, the Coopa cafe being the center of community, Arbuckle cafe, seed programs (including a chili pepper farm), and more. Alex is phenomenal and I cannot vouch for him enough.

After being steadily employed for over a decade, I came upon a career change and was very unfamiliar with the current job search process. I needed help with the basics: resume, LinkedIn profile, networking techniques, cover letters, interviewing and so forth. Courtney guided me through all these areas and more and helped me build a compelling professional presentation. 2. What success or outcomes did you get from working with me as a coach? It took some time, but we kept working and I improved and eventually things began to click. I ultimately fielded multiple offers and landed a great role with a premiere organization. 3. Comfort is an amazing light in the work place. She is brilliant at everything she puts her hands too. She also does not mind teaching others in areas where they are lacking. Love having her as a coworker.
