Holland and I worked together at Bain since 2014 - throughout our years of experience, I saw her directly coach and support many Associate Consultants and Consultants (from recruiting and the interview process, to directly coaching supervisees on teams, to supporting a large cohort of new starts on how to be successful in the job).
