Brittney has been the best Social Media leader I have ever had a pleasure to work with. Brittney has been a coach for the whole team, but even though her role was in team management, she never had troubles with getting her hands dirty and working, arm in arm with ther team, on strategy execution from the very basic organic updates to multi-level campaigns. Her strategy was always data-centric and A/B testing-based. She would lead the global team, and the global social media strategy for a global organisation, with eyes closed.
