I’ve known him for over five years, and he’s incredible at making the hiring process feel less intimidating. Whether you’re trying to land your first role or make a big pivot, he’s the kind of person who helps you think strategically about your next step. He doesn’t just tell you to fix your resume, he walks you through how to frame your experience based on the kind of company you’re applying to. Big tech? Mid-size startup? I honestly never thought about how much company size should influence your resume until Wayne brought it up. On top of that, he’s patient, thoughtful, and just as effective in person as he is over email or chat. Wayne helped me get one of the most pivotal jobs in my career, without his help I'm pretty sure my career journey would have looked much different!

If not for Mira’s coaching, I would not have been nearly as confident or prepared. She was the key in me landing my role and when I started, she took me under her wing and showed me the ropes of being a consultant. When I wanted to expand my network, she connected me with all of the right people and even helped me find projects that I would be a good fit for. She is incredibly helpful and a wonderful person to work with and to learn from!
