Global Woman Leadership coaching has been a grounding and empowering experience. One of the biggest takeaways for me was the idea of being the CEO of my career , that mindset shift helped me recognize my own leadership potential and take ownership of my professional journey. I realized how much I love supporting and empowering other young women professionals, and how showing up for others is just as fulfilling as showing up for myself. The coaching helped me slow down and become more intentional; instead of rushing through everything, I now prepare with purpose, which builds my confidence and aligns my actions with my strengths. Revisiting and rewriting my passion statement with bold words like 'leading' and 'passion' made me see myself as a leader. I also deeply appreciated the working sessions , having carved-out time to focus on the skills I tend to put on the back burner has been invaluable. I’m looking forward to sharing good news after my next two presentations!

I am eternally grateful for the friend who introduced me to Rachel. I found the application process for business schools very intimidating, and I also struggled with standardized tests. Rachel mentioned she had also struggled with the GMAT and was able to give me all of her top tips and tricks in order for me to score to the best of my ability. Once I had completed the GMAT, she helped me map out a plan for my application processes, worked with me on the apps and also helped me with interview prep, including conducting mock interviews. I cannot recommend Rachel more.

I approached Simran for help with both technical and behavioral mock interviews while preparing for a software engineering role. I was on a tight timeline, and Simran was quick to help. She was incredibly professional, understanding, and patient. Having experience being in the interviewer’s shoes herself, she was a fantastic mock interviewer—providing strong insights into what interviewers are actually looking for along with invaluable, actionable feedback based on my performance. What stood out most was her ability to be warm yet honest—she created a supportive environment while still pushing me to improve. Our sessions helped me feel much more confident, and I ultimately landed the offer I was aiming for. She also always took time at the end of our sessions to chat about general life/career advice, which I really appreciated. Overall, Simran was a fantastic coach! I couldn’t recommend her more.

She is a great passionate coach and in addition, a lovely human being who believes in you. She detects the potential in you that you are not aware of, and actualizes them in the best way. She raised my awareness about my strengths to build applications upon them, my weaknesses and lessons to learn from them, and to create my path in work and study. She is wise, patient and fun to work with!

Great coach. Super mock interview for Apple marketing team. Asked very good questions about my STAR answers to dive deeper. Could not recommend more highly.

Rachel was my single greatest resource during the MBA admissions process. She walked me through step by step with explicit guidance on how to position myself as a distinct candidate with a compelling narrative. She helped me evaluate schools, crush the GMAT, write my essay, and prepare for my interview. Not to mention she was effectively my therapist throughout the journey. Overall, could not recommend Rachel enough as an admissions coach. She’s the best in the business.

Lauren was an extremely helpful mentor and coach throughout my PA cycle. She helped me edit my personal statement to perfection and answered the numerous questions I had along the way while making me feel supported and lessening my stress as much as possible. She has a bunch of great advice and tips and I definitely recommend her to anyone applying to PA school!!
