They ensured I approved the plan and that my expectations aligned with what they understood my objectives to be. Per the coaching plan, they created a framework to evaluate job fit based on my specific priorities for a new position/company. They then identified gaps or missing skills in my resume based on the job listings I was interested in. I expressed in our initial discussions my main concern was updating my resume to include more quantitative examples, revising it to be more "impact->achievement", better reflecting my experience and skills, and they walked me through creating an example bank for updating resume bullets.
