I’ve had the privilege of knowing Joe for over 10 years, and in that time, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication, drive, and discipline he brings to everything he doesespecially when it comes to preparing for interviews. Whether it was for internships or senior-level strategy and operations roles, Joe has consistently gone above and beyond in his research, prep, and practice. I could not have succeeded in the investment banking recruiting process without Katharine by my side. Working with Katharine has been an incredible experience. Her support helped me manage the self-doubt that comes with the process. Thanks to her coaching, I was able to go into recruiting confident and with a clear sense of direction. Teppo is the rare individual who combines analytical assessments, logic, and deep reasoning (he has a Doctorate in Physics from MIT) but also understands the importance of spiritual connection. He’s able to combine these two skills to help navigate uncertainty and find concrete steps that move you toward your dreams. I have learned a lot from Teppo on how to navigate uncertainty and I couldn’t recommend him more. I always felt that I was in the driver’s seat and that he was much more than a co-pilot, more like a guide. He never put anything on me that I didn’t want to do, but always helped me dig deeper into who I was. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a coach.
