Isha is a big reason I got into UT Austin for my undergraduate education and SMU for my master's. She is also a huge reason why I landed several competitive internships/part-time-job positions and knew how to navigate professional dynamics. At several of my big career and educational milestones, her guidance has been a huge factor in my success. When I was applying to colleges, she went through my essays with me line by line, helping me figure out how to present myself in the most compelling way possible. Years later, she did the same thing with my graduate school applications. Many times, she has also helped me completely overhaul my resume, making it far more professional and aligned with what companies are looking for. Her mock interviews also blew me away. I'd send her the job description and details about the role; she would come back knowing exactly what those hiring teams were looking for, the kind of answers that would land, and the things to avoid saying. That preparation is a huge part of how I landed some really competitive internships in publishing (including at Hachette Book Group, one of the biggest publishers in the world). Overall, I’m always blown away by her knowledge of the professional and academic world. Whenever I have a question about applications, professionalism, jobs/internships, or anything of that sort, she is my go-to.

Dallin was my Spanish teacher for a couple of months and my favorite part about it was he took time with each individual student to help them personally. He has a deep love for Spanish and you can tell because he’ll keep teaching you even when you’re sick of learning it. He was also very patient with me even when it took a while for me to get the concept. Overall best teacher I’ve had and such a good friend.

When I was learning Spanish grammar he changed the way I looked at understanding it. He tried to help me sound as native as possible and it skyrocketed my progress. Super understanding and paciente, it was great to learn under him.

Marie gives a lot of work, which is 100% necessary to do well on the exam. She gives great explanations and methods to solving the tough problems on the exam. 100% would recommend.

I worked with Geri to prepare for my R2 HBS interview. Completing a mock interview with her was immensely helpful, and she was very responsive to the many questions I had even outside of our session. I highly recommend working with Geri!

Roxanne supported me throughout my undergraduate studies and while planning for graduate school. What stood out most was her ability to see the bigger picture and help me think strategically about my next steps. She has an exceptional understanding of the opportunities available (from scholarships to graduate programmes) and helped me identify paths I wouldn’t have considered on my own. She doesn’t just give advice, but also she challenges you to clarify your thinking and articulate your goals properly. Our conversations always left me feeling more focused and confident in my direction. I would highly recommend her to anyone navigating competitive applications or big career decisions.

Isha was instrumental in helping me break into my first role out of college during one of the toughest hiring markets in recent memory – I graduated right in the middle of industry-wide strikes, and the job search felt impossible. Dallin is a great teacher! I have attended many of the seminars that he hosts. Not only does he ensure that everyone understands, but that they leave having always learned something new. Dallin does what it takes to help us all learn and be better.

I served with Dallin while on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I truly regard him as the colleague I learned the most from in that entire experience. He taught me Spanish in a unique and personalized way, and also helped me understand profound concepts of the Gospel.

My experience recieving coaching form Dallin was empowering and helped me change. He directs our ward choir, and he perfectly balanced constuctive feedback to improve our mistakes with praise and acknowledgement of what we did well. Additonally, he took time to coach me one-on-one outside of practice to address my specific needs. I would absolutely recommend him as a coach!
