Excellent coaching style: clear and tailored to individuals’ strengths

I worked under Carlos supervision for about a year. It was my entry level job as data science. He helped me a lot, have very clear and concise requests, suggestions and feedback. He is really patient and he knows a lot about programming, ML and statistics.

I had given my notice at my employer of 5 years after accepting an offer with a new company. After submitting my notice, my employer offered me a promotion and a pretty significant salary increase. In a dilemma, I was thankful that a former colleague/friend of mine had recommended I reach out to Josh, who guided me through every step of the negotiations process with both companies. During a very intense and stress-filled time, Josh's calm demeanor gave me huge relief. Thanks Josh!

Josh helped me fix my Resume and Linkedin profile, walking me through the changes I should make step by step and also explaining the reason why to make the changes and so on. This was very helpful information for me to learn and apply to my job search. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge on every step of the job search process and has even been there to answer random questions I have well beyond our sessions. Cannot recommend enough!!

It is great interacting with Subroto. His ability to build a personal bond while maintaining professional discourse is commendable. The most striking feature of his coaching style is adding perspectives through storytelling based on his own and others' experiences. His rich experience and ability to draw multiple inferences from an incident, and then connecting it to the coachees situation makes the entire interaction worthwhile.
