John and I figured out how to work together quickly and established an effective working relationship. John deserves a lot of credit for that. I can be a bit hard to communicate with as I'm a dev by trade, and am used to communicating with other devs. John figured out how to interact with me quickly, and it let us focus on getting shit done. John was also good about providing guidance on areas I could improve and opportunities we could take advantage of. John was also really diligent about communicating updates from leadership back to the team. I always felt informed.

I enjoyed working with John. As a manager, he was approachable, gave clear direction, and always made time to answer questions or offer feedback. He also leaned in when we were short on resources and made sure things got done.

I first met Nikhil when we were both lawyers. I was at a real crossroads, having been through some upheaval in my personal life and had become disinterested in legal practice. The focus, energy and positive reinforcement Nikhil gave to help me through each of the interview rounds was priceless, contributing immeasurably to me securing the role from a field of 350+ candidates. Without Nikhil’s support, I’m not certain I would have got the role. Thanks to the profound impact of Nikhil’s initial coaching and ongoing support, I made a successful transition into the corporate sector and accelerated my personal and career development.
