Aashray has been around the block, multiple of them! He has rare insights about compensation structures in various industries, both for big companies and start ups which is valuable in negotiations and deciding where to work. Moreover, he truly has that helpful spirit with a lot of patience which makes it a delight and a calming experience to work with him. He helped me navigate my early stage start up compensations and pay raises over the years.
