I had an excellent experience working with Geri and would highly recommend her! Geri has a talent for finding the most compelling thread throughout your story and helping you highlight that, starting right from the brainstorming phase. She asks thoughtful questions to draw out aspects of your story you might not otherwise think to include, and helps you think about your own experience in a different way. I also really appreciate Geri’s honesty – an invaluable quality in a coach. She does not hesitate to tell you if an idea is muddy or a sentence is confusing, and she will talk through and iterate with you until your ideas reach their clearest, most precise form. Geri’s feedback was specific, thoughtful, and structured. The essay word counts leave no room for fluff, and Geri helped me ensure every word was pulling its weight. Geri’s mock interviews were also very similar to the real thing, both in structure and content. Her questions were deep, included several follow-ups, and helped me feel confident going into the actual interview. Geri’s guidance throughout this entire process was invaluable, and her expertise showed throughout every step. She is kind, approachable, and all-around amazing to work with. I highly recommend her.

Just got off the Wharton waitlist! Rachel was instrumental in this journey. She is genuinel, thoughtful and supportive. What made her approach so valuable was her ability to help me uncover my own personality and present a fuller picture of who I am. Getting off a waitlist isn't just about showcasing accomplishments. Dione was instrumental in shaping my Round 2 essays and application -- ultimately leading to acceptances to 4/5 schools I applied to, including Stanford GSB, HBS and CBS. From our very first conversation, he brought detailed, substantive guidance and a deep knowledge of how the process works. Lapo is generous about his time and he truely cared about us: During the process, he wrote me a support letter, connected me with current students, introduced me to relevant events, and even advocated for me directly with admissions officers. His support was far beyond what I expected. One month later, I got in to Wharton, yeahhhh! Working with Lapo also deepened my appreciation for Wharton's resourcefulness and close-knit community, values he embodies himself. Working with Mennette was an absolute game-changer. Her essay feedback made all the difference in my applications. As a coach, she strikes the perfect balance: she is tough when she needs to be to get the best out of you, but also incredibly supportive and empowering throughout. I started working with her just 2 weeks before the application deadline but she accommodated my schedule and always responded very fast so I was able to easily get everything done in time. Can't recommend her enough!

Working with Erik has been exceptional in helping me perfect my case study approach. Whilst the requirements were different to traditional consulting case studies, Erik comfortably tailored his approach to my specific requirements for a high-pressure product & fintech role, and gave me a solid foundation for structuring cases that helped me pass my interviews and get the job. Oren was fantastic. Very genuine person, really wants you to succeed, and provides honest, discerning feedback. At the outset, he also gave me an honest and accurate assessment of where I was at and the schools I should be targeting - which actually RAISED the vision I had for myself. He then illuminated intricacies of the MBA app process, outlined a path with milestones for me, and gave *extremely* perceptive feedback on both my progress throughout and my essays at the end. I was slow to follow what he prescribed at first, but pretty much everything he told me came true and/or I wished I had acted on sooner. Results: I got accepted to Booth and received substantial (including 1 full-ride) scholarships from Darden, Fuqua, Ross, McCombs, and Tepper. And *if you're still on the fence about coaching* I believe that the difference in my application due to working with Oren and Leland resulted in additional scholarship $$ to each school equivalent to a 10x or more return on what I spent on coaching.

Rebecca was such a huge help throughout my interview process and played a big part in helping me land my latest role. More than anything, she helped me build confidence in how I was presenting myself by constantly pushing me to think about the key points I was actually trying to get across and helping me formulate stronger, more confident answers. She came to every session prepared, researching the roles I was interviewing for and reviewing my resume beforehand so our time together was always productive and structured.
