Greg was a genuine thought partner throughout the my MBA admissions process. I applied while working abroad, and he adapted without missing a beat — time zones, limited flexibility, asynchronous collaboration, etc. He was consistently thoughtful, responsive, strategic, and honest. What most stands out is Greg's integrity. He is not running a playbook for several clients at a time. He'll push back where it matters and clarify your purpose. Strongly recommend to anyone, but especially if you're working in climate or international development.

Geri reviewed my essays for six schools. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by her ability to cut to the heart of what I was trying to say. Her eye for structure is unparalleled — she has a true gift for arranging content in ways that are both clear and compelling. What I appreciated most working with Geri was her honesty. We met regularly to discuss broad strokes of the essay process, and there were instances when she would tell me plainly that a draft or topic wasn't working. I appreciated these conversations and that she wasn’t just telling me what she thought I wanted to hear or taking the path of least resistance. Working with Geri, I felt like I had someone genuinely in my corner. Of the six programs I applied to, I was admitted to four. I owe that in no small part to Geri’s wisdom. I worked with Julia to perfect my PEI stories and cases, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Julia is a fantastic coach who brings sharp insights into what top-tier firms are looking for. What I appreciated most was her level of honesty. She provides clear, candid feedback that is always in your best interest; she won't sugarcoat where you need to improve. Beyond the technicalities, she truly cheers you on like a friend. That combination of professional rigor and genuine motivation made the entire process so much more manageable.

Working with Sophie was an invaluable part of my consulting interview preparation. From the very first session, she was incredibly supportive, starting with my specific goals and tailoring every meeting to meet them. Sophie’s approach to behavioral interviews is a game-changer. She taught me how to approach questions with a clear structure, both overall and within each step of the STAR method. This made my stories much easier for interviewers to follow. For case prep, she was equally attentive. When I received feedback from interviews to make my frameworks "deeper," Sophie helped me brainstorm real-life events to synthesize into my practice, which added a level of sophistication I wouldn't have reached on my own. Beyond the content, Sophie is extremely professional.
