I had an amazing experience working with Daniel throughout my application process. What stood out most was his ability to quickly identify the core strengths in my profile and push me to articulate them in a clear, strategic, and authentic way. He consistently challenged me to move beyond simply describing my experiences and instead focus on communicating real impact, which significantly strengthened my overall narrative. Daniel is also very thoughtful when it comes to positioning. He helped me better understand how to align my story with different programs, which was especially valuable as I was applying across both MBA and policy schools. Beyond strategy, Daniel was supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in my growth throughout the process. On a personal level, Daniel is also someone with great character and presence — someone I’ve come to deeply trust and see as a long-term mentor and friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who combines strong strategic thinking with a personalized and thoughtful approach!

I had a great experience working with Samantha. With her help, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey! Her feedback was specific and actionable, which helped me improve quickly. She made a particularly big impact on my PEI stories—helping me refine them, communicate my experiences more clearly and confidently, and better understand what interviewers are really looking for.

I had a 45-minute session with Jörn and it was incredibly helpful. We went through interview questions about the role, the company, my motivations, and also practiced behavioral questions. We also worked through a simulated business case together, where he gave me detailed feedback on how to structure and improve my answers. His guidance was extremely valuable. He was very knowledgeable about Fever and the BDR role, and gave really clear, actionable feedback throughout. He was also super communicative, polite, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. The preparation made a big difference. I ended up getting the offer. I am very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him without hesitation

I reached out to Ben 2 days before my application submissions with an extremely subpar resume. It needed a complete rework, understanding my background, what makes me stand out and rethinking. Ben managed my expectations of what was possible from his end given that he was supporting his full time clients too. Doing that not only helped ease my stress but also gave me confidence in the output. Needless to say, his rework of my resume was spectacular and ensured to include every relevant point from my experience to showcase a holistic picture. He knew exactly what different AdComs wanted to see and killed it!

Ben was an incredible coach start to end! He was invested and thoughtful with his feedback on my essays and I felt very confident about my final submissions. Ben helped me level up every aspect of my application and had really helpful input on my letters of rec and resume. And as an extra bonus, I've noticed my writing skills in general have sharpened thanks to working with Ben.

I still remember my first intro call with Kerry. I was in a rough place at work, not getting promoted on the timeline I expected, and preparing to move back to my home country after my H1B visa wasn’t selected (If you know, you know) Despite my strong background, a few other coaches I spoke with told me my profile was weak and that I wouldn’t get into my dream school. Kerry was different. She told me I had a real shot, not to make me feel better, but because she was clear about where I needed to put in the work and where I was already strong. What stood out most was how empathetic she was. I was feeling pretty low on confidence because of everything going on, and she really understood that. By the end of the call, I felt like I had just had a therapy session. I felt so seen and heard. But she is not just empathetic. I’m extremely type A and spoke with at least 10 coaches before choosing her, since this was a big investment for me. Kerry was the only one who truly felt qualified. She spent seven years as an HBS admissions committee member, earned her own MBA, and has years of coaching experience. I also appreciated that she has worked outside of admissions. She understands the corporate world, industries, and functions, and knows how to connect pre-MBA experience with post-MBA goals. She brings a full 360-degree perspective that is hard to find. From narrative brainstorming and essay edits to interview prep, recommender guidance, and even the smallest details in the application forms, Kerry supported me every step of the way. She worked around our time difference and was always available when I needed her. Working with Kerry was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I got into my dream school with a $70K scholarship, which still feels surreal. I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you, Kerry. I hope others get to experience the same kind of support and guidance she brings. I’m happy to chat one-on-one if you want to hear more. I’d prefer to stay anonymous here, so feel free to ask Kerry to connect us.
