I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America. During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires. I still collaborate with BCG as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria. I’m an engineer at heart who eventually found my way into strategy, and I love the hands-on problem solving that comes with supply chain and operations. I’m at my best when I’m digging into a messy problem, and finding simple and clear solutions. I’m ambitious and I bring intensity to my work, but everything I do is ultimately in service of my life outside of work, with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs in Chicago. I love big challenges, but I love time with friends and family even more.
