ARC+ | Your consulting journey from application strategy to final round
ARC stands for Assess, Refine, Convert. It reflects my approach to case prep, developed over 10+ years on the other side of the table, first as an interviewer and career advisor, then as a Partner with the final call on hiring decisions. Assess where you stand, refine what's holding you back and convert it into full readiness. This pack includes 10 one-on-one sessions, built as a mix of real-life cases and targeted workshops, and is designed for candidates building their preparation from the ground up. The cases (e.g. market sizing, market entry, profitability, M&A, operations) take you from a scored diagnostic through progressively harder and more varied formats to a full final round simulation, building your casing across case types and under real pressure. The workshops (e.g. application strategy, frameworks, exhibits, math, fit) go deep on the things a case alone doesn't fix, from how your profile reads to a screener to the specific skills your diagnostic flags. Together they cover the full journey from application to interview day. The ten sessions #1 Application strategy | Before any casing, we get your positioning right. A thorough review of your CV and cover letter, tightening how your experience reads to a screener and removing anything that weakens the story. Then a plan for which firms to target, how to get referrals, when to apply, and how to sequence your submissions. You leave with your profile sharpened, a clear target list, and a schedule you can follow. #2 Diagnostic | A full case under real interview conditions, scored the way an actual interviewer would score you, across structure, math, business judgment, and communication. The goal is not to teach yet, but to see clearly where you stand under pressure. We then go through it in detail: what is separating you from a strong performance, and which habits are quietly costing you marks. You leave with an honest read on your level against the bar, and a prioritised plan for the sessions ahead. #3 Practice case | Built around the weaknesses the diagnostic exposed, putting you back into the exact situations you found difficult or stress testing the skills where your level of readiness is the lowest. #4 Skill drills | One skill at a time, isolated and drilled until it holds: structuring, math, exhibits, or brainstorming. Often where the fastest progress happens, because we fix the root cause of the issues. #5 Practice case | A format or industry you have not faced yet, so you stop relying on a comfortable pattern. #6 Skill drills | A second pass on whatever still slips once the obvious gaps are closed, drilled until it holds under pressure rather than just in isolation. #7 Practice case | Another unfamiliar format, at a higher pace, so full interview conditions later feel like a small step rather than a jump. #8 Fit | A session dedicated entirely to fit, the half of the interview most candidates under-prepare. We build and sharpen your stories, structure your answers so they land clearly, and test them the way a real interviewer will, with the follow-up questions that expose a weak story. We also tailor the approach to the firms you are targeting. The aim is for you to tell your story with real confidence, not to recite a script. #9 Practice case | Full difficulty and pace, with no support, so the real interview feels easier by comparison. #10 Final round simulation | A complete interview from start to finish: opening, fit, case, and your questions at the close, at full pace and with no breaks. I run it as a final round rather than a first: a more senior read, and the kind of case a partner would run, less structured, more judgment, more pushback on your answers. You leave with a clear read on your readiness and the last corrections made while there is still time. This is a starting point and not a fixed script: we adapt it to what your diagnostic shows and what you need. Between sessions you can reach me at no extra cost for a quick question, a doubt, or a last check before an interview. And the support does not end when the sessions do: I am there through your interviews and into your final offer decisions, because getting you ready is the whole point, not just running the sessions.
What's included
Four things I commit to with every candidate I work with: 1. Fully tailored approach. No generic frameworks, no standard material, nothing recycled from a template. Everything we do is built around your profile, your target firms, and the specific things holding you back. The whole point of working one-on-one with someone who has sat on the other side of the table is that you get a plan made for you, not a course everyone else is also taking. My cases are my own, built from real BCG projects and real interviews, and if you are a senior hire targeting a specific industry I will design cases around it. 2. Detailed feedback. At the end of each session I take you through a full debrief, against the same dimensions your interviewers actually grade on, so you always know exactly where you stand. It covers what improved, what still needs work, and the specific things to fix before the next session. No vague encouragement, just a clear, honest read and a concrete list of what to work on. 3. Sessions that run as long as they need to. We finish when your questions are answered and the ground is properly covered. You are never rushed through the part you most needed help with. 4. Support that does not stop. You can reach me between sessions, at no extra cost, for a quick question, a doubt, or a last check before an interview. And the support does not end when the sessions do: I am there through your interviews and into your final offer decisions, because getting you ready is the whole point, not just running the sessions.

Former BCG Partner | Interviewer and Career Advisor
I work with candidates targeting MBB and the other top strategy firms, across case interviews, fit interviews, CV, and cover letters. Undergraduates and MBA students going through a recruiting cycle, and experienced hires making the jump from industry. Most prep fails the same way. Candidates learn to perform a case instead of solving a problem, and the interviewer sees it almost immediately. I spent 15+ years in strategy consulting, over a decade of it at BCG, and ran 200+ case and fit interviews, so I know what makes an interviewer lean in and what makes them stop listening. I also coached 50+ consultants through performance turnarounds, promotions, and admission to their target MBA programs, and I currently interview MBA candidates for London Business School. My cases are my own, built from real BCG projects and real interviews. If you are a senior hire targeting a specific industry, I will design cases around that. If there is one area where you keep losing ground, market sizing, profitability, M&A, we go deeper there. How it works: 1. I review your CV before we start, and we align on your goals and timeline 2. Targeted work on case, fit, or both, depending on what will move your offer odds most 3. Direct, senior-level feedback at the end of every session, with concrete next steps 4. An open channel between sessions for questions and quick sanity checks I coach in English, Spanish, and Italian, and take a small number of candidates at a time, so you get my full attention rather than a slot on a conveyor belt.
