I am interested in helping guide aspiring Pre-med and medical students through the admissions/application process. My journey includes completing my MD at Tel Aviv University, Internal Medicine residency at UConn, Chief Resident at Greenwich Hospital, and currently as a Gastroenterology Fellow at Rochester Regional Health. I have also obtained a graduate certificate from UConn in health professions education while in residency. Moreover, I have worked with students, residents, and peers helping them navigate the complexities of both medical school and residency applications and interviews; in addition to helping tutor for the USMLE and ABIM exams.

Having been recognized as the top 15% of my graduating class as an Alpha Omega Alpha honor society inductee and Gold Humanism Honor Society inductee, I am more than happy to discuss how to make yourself competitive for residency and become a strong medical candidate. I was also recognized with the Dean's Research Award and can coach about how to find research mentors, find projects, and see them through amidst the other medical school requirements.

With more than three decades of experience in anesthesiology and medical leadership, I bring deep clinical and organizational insight to help physicians navigate career challenges and create more sustainable, fulfilling professional lives. My commitment to physician well-being was shaped by witnessing the devastating effects of stress and substance use among colleagues. After personal health challenges redirected my path away from clinical practice, I focused my energy on advocacy, organized medicine, and professional coaching in support of physician well-being—from residency through retirement. I offer a safe, confidential harbor where physicians can gain insight into their values, strengths, and goals, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward a future they can truly embrace. Together, we create space for honest reflection, renewed perspective, and purposeful next steps. Specialty choices or changes, job transitions, communication challenges, imposter thoughts, leadership aspirations, family time and work-life balance, practicing while living with illness, retirement decisions, and legacy are among the topics we might explore as partners in a coaching relationship.

I am a board certified emergency medicine physician who began clinical practice after graduating medical school in 2014. I served as Chief Resident at Carolinas Medical Center (now part of Atrium Health) and then was on faculty at Prisma Health in Greenville, SC before pursuing an MBA at Harvard. I continue to practice emergency medicine in community hospitals across South Carolina. I additionally have practiced and continue to hold medical licenses in AZ and MA. For coaching engagements in this category, I am particularly well-suited to physicians (including residents) who are approaching a transition point in their career whether that be a new job, a new role at their existing employer, or a new role outside of direct patient care entirely.
