Case Interview Mastery | Tiered Package

This package is designed to help you master the case interview for MBB and other top consulting firms. Our time in session is spent in one of two different ways: (1) Drilling on specific elements of the case. I've developed a comprehensive coaching system built on targeted learning/drills for every case element (includes take-home resources and in-session drills) – which is far more effective than only running full cases, both in terms of the time it takes for candidates to come up the learning curve and the level to which they perform. There are 8 unique case elements (e.g., market sizing, frameworks) we work to perfect. (2) Running full live cases. Once a candidate has a grasp of every individual element of the case, we bring them all together into a full-case format. I use battle-tested cases from real-life Bain, McKinsey, and BCG first- and final-round interviews (gathered from my time at Bain and coaching colleagues at other firms). Our goal is to get into full cases as quickly as we can, because it means you've mastered all the individual elements. You'll receive access to my comprehensive video content and drill packs on the following case elements: frameworking, market sizing, case math, advanced case math, brainstorming, and exhibit interpretation. I often assign this as pre-work and take-home work after each session so progress happens even when we're not in session. My coaching process is 90% the same no matter which firms (MBBs or other) you're applying to or which interviews you have coming up. However, there are a few significant differences between Bain/BCG vs. McKinsey interviews that I customize my process around. I have firm-specific cases and drills I introduce closer to the date of the interview. I view myself as a "full partner" to my clients and I'm available over email, phone, and the Leland platform outside our sessions.
