I have deep industry expertise in medical devices and digital health technology and I specialize in helping individuals in MedTech to advance in their professional development as well as mentoring those desiring to move into healthcare business from other industries. With over 30 years of experience in global marketing and business leadership roles in world class companies including Abbott, 3M, and Align Technology, I have a successful track record of managing teams and coaching and developing talent in MedTech. The healthcare market landscape has changed dramatically -- with the emergence of digital health and AI, novel therapies, personalized medicine, and value-based care. I will bring my deep industry knowledge and leadership experience in marketing and product management to help others achieve their career goals in the dynamic and rewarding health technology sector.

I spent 15 years at Medtronic doing exactly this, starting in regulatory affairs and rising to lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, quality, and regulatory for both the Diabetes and Spinal & Biologics businesses. I was lead product manager for the MiniMed 670G, the world's first closed-loop insulin delivery system, where I authored the Market Requirements Document that directly shaped FDA submission and approval strategy — work later recognized on Time Magazine's 2016 list of Best Inventions. I hold a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, an MBA from UCLA, and 5 U.S. patents in medical technology. I'm the right coach for biotech and medical device founders who need help shaping product strategy, translating technical complexity into a compelling upstream marketing narrative, or figuring out how to move fast inside a slow-moving, regulated industry.
