Welcome to my profile! As an incoming J.D. student at Columbia Law School, I bring a strong academic background and a passion for public service to my coaching. With experience as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Parliament of Canada and a Student Researcher at the U.S. Department of State, I have a deep understanding of the public service landscape.

With a Master's in Public Health from Harvard and a Bachelor's from the University of Florida, I bring a strong academic foundation and a passion for public service to my coaching. My experience spans impactful roles, including managing strategic communication and advocacy initiatives at the United Nations Foundation and coordinating high-profile campaign events for the Biden for President campaign. I've also interned with the Post-Presidency Office of Barack and Michelle Obama, gaining firsthand experience in public engagement and event planning. Hi there service-minded friends! I'd be glad to share the lessons I've learned from my own journey away from and back toward public service and administration. Most recently, I've spent time in state government, with a nonprofit in the service-minded career pathways space, and with an impact-minded for-profit organization too. So I'm always eager to explore and guide folks through the many angles by which service can find its way into a career. Holler if I can be of help!

I have applied to and been offered 5 jobs post graduate at "green jobs". I networked, applied, interviewed, and gotten these jobs using skills I picked up, AI, and the help of other mentors. I also got into Columbia graduate school and got 3 internships by myself. I consider myself very qualified to help with applying for early career jobs, nailing interviews, and making the best resume. I also have great advice on how to find jobs, tips for getting interviews, and how to network. I helped mentor interns and my current employee I manage. Lastly, I have a great network in the sustainability world and startup industry, especially in New York City. Currently I work at the department of sanitation in New York City.

I've coached dozens of aspiring and current public servants working at all levels and branches of government on landing jobs, navigating workplace dynamics, and making a bigger impact on issues they champion. I've worked at the White House, USAID, the State Department, and on Capitol Hill, was awarded prestigious fellowships including a Fulbright and the Rangel Fellowship—so I've made it in the door from the outside. And I reviewed applications at the White House and for a national public service pipeline—so I've seen how, when, and why applicants have made it from the inside. Not enough public servants have practiced the skills and strategy necessary to thrive amidst the limitations of bureaucracy. These experiences helped me find my coaching calling—I want to help other current or aspiring public servants make it in the door, and make a greater impact once they are there. **Why I'm qualified to coach in this category:** I hold a Master of Public Policy & Administration along with a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, but the degree is really just the starting point. I've spent my career living at the intersection of public policy, nonprofit work, and corporate strategy: leading community programs and public-sector partnerships at a nonprofit, partnering with Legal and Government Affairs to navigate regulatory alignment during one of the largest aerospace mergers in the industry, and now advising on regulatory compliance and disclosure frameworks like CSRD across global markets. That path taught me how public service thinking actually plays out in practice, from grantmaking and municipal partnerships to policy compliance inside large organizations. I coach from real experience translating policy into action, not just theory from a classroom.
