My professional background spans over fours years across life science investment research, competitive intelligence, business development and corporate strategy. This includes SMID Biotech coverage at Goldman Sachs and corporate development at a venture-backed startup with over $650M in funding. Based on these experiences, I provide guidance that is deeply grounded in how biopharma companies evaluate talent. I've spent 20+ years working directly with pharma commercial teams at Merck, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, and others – not as an observer, but as the strategist in the room helping them solve their hardest commercial problems. My work has spanned product launches, go-to-market strategy, multichannel commercial execution, KOL engagement, and digital transformation. I led the $11M+ global interactive launch of Gardasil – Merck's most successful product launch of 2006 – and have helped pharma teams repeatedly find the blind spot: the better solution nobody in the room was working on yet. I coach pharma professionals and leaders on commercial strategy, career navigation, AI adoption in life sciences, and how to bring fresh thinking into environments that often reward the familiar over the better.
