I am an experienced management consultant, working at premier social impact consulting firms for 6+ years. Most recently, I worked at The Bridgespan Group, Bain & Company's nonprofit arm, where I helped nonprofits develop data-driven strategies and plan for growth. During my time at Bridgespan, I received every early promotion possible and reached the post-MBA level without having an MBA. I also supported interview prep and conducted case interviews Associate Consultant and Consultant applicants. I'd love to help you case prep!

I've earned full-time interviews with all three MBB firms + OW, ultimately signing a full-time offer at BCG. Previous commercial consulting internship at Deloitte (M&A). I’ve spent the past five years at Bain across both consulting and talent development. I began on the consulting side, leading teams for clients in healthcare, tech, and private equity, before transitioning into Talent Development. Most recently, I led Bain New York’s Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development, performance, and advising of early-career consultants. I’ve also been deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a strong perspective on how candidates stand out, secure offers, and succeed at Bain.

I genuinely enjoy case interviews. I liked preparing for and completing case interviews when recruiting for consulting. Starting during my MBA, I have enjoyed helping others practice and improve their case interviewing. While attending Harvard Business School, I received internship offers from McKinsey (Houston), BCG (Middle East), and Bain & Company (Middle East). After completing a successful internship with Bain & Company (Middle East) and receiving a return full-time offer, I negotiated a counter offer from BCG which I accepted. While at BCG, I was an active member of the recruiting team regularly conducting dozens of case interviews each year.

I'm a former Project Leader at BCG, where I interviewed more than 50 candidates across first and final rounds, including advanced degree candidates, incoming Associates, and post MBA or graduate school Consultant hires. I’ve also coached dozens of aspiring consultants and helped many of them land offers at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain.
