I am excited to offer my services as a coach for management consulting job recruitment, focusing on entry-level and internship positions. I recently graduated from Cornell University this past winter with a B.S. in industrial and labor relations with honors and a minor in business. I interned as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company last summer and will be starting my role as an Associate Consultant in the San Francisco office this fall. Shahrukh is a seasoned McKinsey consultant where he spent a decade in multiple client-facing roles across offices in North America, Middle East and South Asia. Shahrukh also holds a MBA from Harvard Business School where he also led the student consulting club. Over the past 12 years, he has prepared 1000+ candidates to craft their resumes and crack their case interviews with MBBs and get an offer. Shahrukh is now working in tech in USA.

I spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company, where I worked on strategy and operating model transformations in the financial services industry. In addition to client work, I was an active member of McKinsey’s MBA recruiting team, where I helped lead the recruitment and evaluation of MBA candidates, supported recruiting events and outreach, and interviews.

I earned my own MBA sponsorship at Deloitte and have since coached many others to do the same. I’ve seen that getting sponsored isn’t just about performance, but how you position your experience and make a clear case for investment. I’m a former McKinsey Business Analyst with experience on both sides of the table, as a successful applicant and as a recruiter. I know what MBB and other top firms are looking for, and how to help you stand out. While at McKinsey, I led campus recruiting efforts for WashU, where I evaluated hundreds of consulting candidates. I ran case prep workshops, reviewed resumes, and 1:1 coaching sessions to prepare students for the rigorous interview process. Internally, I also led a hiring accelerator for a client where I built the hiring rubrics, screened applications, and advised executives on who to interview and hire, giving me firsthand insight into how firms make hiring decisions. Today, I’m on Google’s Business Operations & Strategy team — a small, high-impact group that drives cross-functional AI strategy across the company. As a coach, I’ve helped 50+ candidates land offers.
