I spent 15+ years in strategy consulting, over a decade of it at BCG, and ran 200+ case and fit interviews, so I know what makes an interviewer lean in and what makes them stop listening. I also coached 50+ consultants through performance turnarounds, promotions, and admission to their target MBA programs, and I currently interview MBA candidates for London Business School.
