I coach professionals to position themselves as AI-ready talent by designing projects with tools like AutoGPT, Replit, GitHub Copilot, Streamlit, and vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS. I have the privilege of working with MBA students to support them in their career search and at a unique time in the market of AI. Many of them plan to work in the AI space and so my role in large part is to get them those roles. Additionally, I received my PhD in Counselor Education where I trained counselors with the support of AI and did my dissertation on the way we can best implement AI in counselor training moving forward. I am both aware of the movements of the AI space, and adept at the coaching approaches that support students in achieving their desired goals.
