My experience includes publishing at leading AI venues, building AI systems deployed with real-world partners, working on legal AI and long-context reasoning in industry, and earlier experience in data science at the NBA. I have worked across NLP, LLMs, trustworthy AI, explainability, multi-agent systems, and applied machine learning, so I can help you understand not just individual roles, but how different AI career paths actually fit together. Before Amazon, I built text-to-video generation models at Pika (the post-training behind features like Pikaffects), co-founded and was CTO of Humanlike (YC S23), led document-AI products at Snorkel AI used by Fortune 500 companies, and did deep reinforcement learning research at Uber AI Labs — with published work at NeurIPS, ICLR, and CVPR and a master's from UC Berkeley.
