Welcome to my profile! I am a J.D. candidate at Columbia Law School, and real estate is one of my largest passions. I got my first real estate license when I was 19, and have since passed the real estate exam in multiple states. Through internship experience, I have been involved with many different parts of the real estate industry. As an aide to the Mayor of a sizable New England city, I became well versed the local regulatory frameworks regarding real estate development, and I also have some experience working with landlords to identify new potential properties or streamline their rental operations with technology. I am also very well versed on real estate economics and recent market news, and it's one of my favorite subjects to talk about. Though I have not been involved with real estate sales directly, I also have significant experience working with startups and developing sales and outreach strategies in that context.
