Dane (Tadasuke) Mizuno

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, I grew up in one of the most diverse, melting pot states in the United States. My parents are both from Japan, so I always felt that Japan and the United States were both a part of my identity. Naturally, after university I wanted to explore what living and working in Japan was like, and so with a leap of faith, I went through consulting recruitment in Japan and found myself resonating with the culture and impact of Bain & Company's Tokyo office. At first I knew little to nothing about what consulting even was, but after going through Bain's incredible mentorship program and being instilled the culture of "a Bainie never let another Bainie fail," I want to pay that forward and help other aspiring consultants in navigating their career.
