I have led AI and product strategy at OpenAI, Spotify, and Coinbase, guiding teams that deployed GPT-powered assistants, predictive analytics, and generative systems across marketing, personalization, and operations. My experience spans end-to-end delivery using tools such as OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio, AWS SageMaker, LangChain, Hugging Face, Pinecone, Weaviate, and LlamaIndex. I help founders and executives translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Together we identify the highest-leverage opportunities, prototype with tools like Streamlit, Zapier, and Replit, automate workflows through API orchestration and vector search, and scale what works. Clients I’ve worked with have launched internal copilots, improved team efficiency, and unlocked new revenue streams through applied AI strategy.

I work with B2B software and AI founders from pre-seed through Series A on product and customer decisions. If you've built a promising demo but aren't sure who will pay for it, or every pilot is turning into a custom project, bring the situation and we'll work through it together. We'll look at the customer problem, the scope of the first product, and what to test next. I led product for an AI/ML platform at Elevance Health and earlier worked on SAP's natural language processing products. My advice draws on that product leadership experience and years of working with founders. Sessions focus on product direction and commercial judgment. For coding lessons, model training, or engineering interview preparation, a specialist engineering coach would be a better fit.
