I’ve spent my career recruiting for some of the most competitive talent markets in tech, including Amazon Web Services, Meta, and high-growth venture-backed startups. I’ve worked directly with founders, executives, and hiring teams to hire across engineering, product, infrastructure, SRE, AI/ML, and leadership roles. At startups, I’ve helped build the talent foundation from the ground up, scaling teams through critical stages of growth. As a coach, I bring insider knowledge of how companies actually evaluate talent. I know what makes a candidate stand out, what causes strong candidates to get overlooked, and how recruiters, hiring managers, and interview loops make decisions behind the scenes. Experienced Amazon interviewer with 6.5 years across Devices, AWS, and Retail. I bring a deep understanding of Amazon's Leadership Principles and how to apply them in Amazon interviews. I successfully interviewed for and landed an MBA internship in the Finance Leadership Development Program, received a full-time offer, and interviewed for three internal roles while at Amazon, including a successful transition to Product Management from Finance. At Amazon, I was active in recruiting for MBA programs and industry hires, completing 25 candidate interviews for Amazon full-time roles and MBA internships. Beyond leading teams, I've rebuilt recruiting operations, implemented recruiting technologies, redesigned hiring processes, created recruiting scorecards and metrics, launched early career programs, developed internal mobility strategies, improved referral programs, and helped scale new business lines through strategic hiring. Coaching recruiters, mentoring recruiting leaders, and helping teams elevate their impact has been a consistent and rewarding part of that journey. 20 years of Talent Acquisition expereince in both individual contributor and leadership roles. I have recruited everything from receptionist through CEO. I have built entire TA functions from scratch and re-invented dysfunctional TA departments to maximize efficiency. I have interviewed over 5,000 people and hired over 1,000. I am an expert interviewer and have taught many candidates how to interview for the job they are looking to get. I am an expert in Ai recruiting and well versed in all HR Tech including almost every Applicant Tracking System ( ATS) and HR software. I enjoy mentoring junior TA professionals and educating C- Level execs on how to get the most out of their recuiting departments.

Graduated from ESSEC Business School and holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources from La Sorbonne, Zoé Drocourt built her recruitment expertise within some of the most prestigious Luxury Maisons, including Louis Vuitton, Moët Hennessy, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, and Berluti. This in-house experience enables her to bring a deep understanding of Luxury industry standards, organizational expectations, and talent strategies. In 2017, she founded Zoé Drocourt GmbH in Switzerland, a boutique recruitment firm dedicated to supporting Luxury brands in identifying and attracting high-impact talent. The agency expanded internationally in 2026 with the opening of a New York subsidiary, strengthening its ability to support clients across Europe and North America. Zoé Drocourt also regularly acts as a guest lecturer and career coach at leading business schools (ESSEC, ISG Luxury Geneva, Rome Business School…), maintaining close connections with emerging talent pipelines and future industry leaders. A native French speaker, she is fluent in English, and can speak Portuguese and Spanish well, allowing her to support international searches across multiple markets.
