I’m currently a Strategy Manager at Surgery Partners and previously worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company (also worked at the firm as a sophomore summer business analyst in 2023), where I advised healthcare organizations on growth strategy, value-based care, provider operations, and financial performance improvement. During my time at McKinsey, I also served as the recruiting lead for Case Western Reserve University, reviewing resumes, mentoring candidates, and helping identify top talent throughout the recruiting process. In addition, I have successfully coached 8 candidates through the consulting recruiting process, helping them strengthen their resumes, improve their case interview performance, and prepare for behavioral interviews. Having recently navigated consulting recruiting myself—and evaluated candidates from the firm's perspective—I understand what interviewers are looking for and how to help candidates stand out. I coach candidates across every stage of the consulting recruiting process, including resume reviews, networking strategy, behavioral (PEI) interview preparation, and case interview coaching.
