I’m currently a Strategy Manager at Surgery Partners and previously worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company (also worked at the firm as a sophomore summer business analyst in 2023), where I advised healthcare organizations on growth strategy, value-based care, provider operations, and financial performance improvement. During my time at McKinsey, I also served as the recruiting lead for Case Western Reserve University, reviewing resumes, mentoring candidates, and helping identify top talent throughout the recruiting process.
