About Zac
Born and raised in Singapore, I first moved to the US for college where I graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle. Since then, I have primarily spent my career as a management consultant at Bain & Company working with clients across private equity, tech, and CPG (among many others). Along the way, I have also worked at various start-ups - Statsig (acquired by Open AI), and MagniX, an electric aviation company - where I worked on high-impact initiatives across BizOps and Strategy. I got my MBA from Wharton, which was one of the best times of my life—full of incredible classes, amazing friends, space for personal reflection, and some unforgettable trips. I’ve experienced the power of great mentorship in my own journey, and I’m excited to pay it forward. Whether you're breaking into management consulting, applying to business school, or looking for support with your career, I’d love to help you. Let’s work together!
Why do I coach?
I wouldn't be where I am today without all of the amazing mentors that I've had in my life. I really enjoy finding ways that I can give back and help others accomplish their ambitious goals.
