I am a former top-performing Principal at BCG who led recruiting for college hires and our summer intern programs in conjunction to project work, giving me a rare dual perspective on how candidates are evaluated and what it truly takes to earn an offer. My own path into consulting was "non-traditional", I came from an engineering and technology background seeking more business strategy experience.
