Additional details

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

Coaching delivered via live sessions. This is not a prescriptive, step-by-step leadership program. Our work is built around guided reflection, thoughtful conversation, and real-world application. Each session creates space to slow down, step back from the noise, and think clearly about the challenges, decisions, and responsibilities you’re navigating right now. Rather than providing formulas or rigid frameworks, I’ll challenge your assumptions, ask the questions that matter, and help you see patterns in how you think, decide, and lead. The goal is not to give you answers—it’s to help you uncover the clarity, judgment, and direction that already exist within you. Between sessions, you’ll receive short thought pieces, reflection prompts, or practical integration ideas designed to keep the work alive in your day-to-day leadership. The pace is deliberate and aligned to your reality, allowing insight to translate into lasting change rather than temporary motivation. This is development at your pace—steady, intentional, and grounded in the real pressures of your role.

25 Years of Executive Leadership | Clarity, Confidence, Next-Level Impact

I bring 25 years of real-world executive leadership experience to my coaching, developed while leading complex operations and large-scale organizations as a U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Officer. Throughout my career, I led teams of up to 360 personnel, managed programs and assets exceeding $2B, and advised senior leaders at the 4-star/CEO level—making high-consequence decisions in environments defined by uncertainty, pressure, and constant change. My leadership experience spans global operations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, where success depended on strategic clarity, disciplined execution, effective communication, and the ability to develop strong, resilient teams. WAB Resume v2 What sets my coaching apart is that I didn’t just lead organizations—I built leaders. As a Commanding Officer and senior executive, I designed and delivered leadership development programs that improved performance, strengthened culture, and produced promotion rates above fleet averages. Today, as an iPEC-certified Executive Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I combine that operational leadership foundation with professional coaching methodology to help clients think more clearly, manage their energy, navigate complexity, and lead with confidence and purpose. I partner with leaders who want more than tactical advice—they want the mindset, self-awareness, and presence required to perform at a higher level and create lasting impact.
