This six-session coaching package is designed to strengthen your mindset, resilience, and overall well-being as you pursue meaningful goals over the long horizon. Through six 60-minute conversations, we’ll create space to step back from the noise, clarify what matters most, and address the mental and emotional demands that come with high expectations, endurance pursuits, and full professional lives. Our work focuses on values-driven goal setting, managing internal pressure, reframing setbacks, building confidence, and developing the mental steadiness needed to stay consistent when motivation fades or challenges arise. The emphasis is not on quick fixes but on sustainable growth—helping you think clearly, protect your energy, and perform in ways that support both your goals and your overall mental health.
Clients will define meaningful, values-driven goals and develop a clear understanding of why their pursuits matter—creating stronger motivation and direction beyond short-term results.
Clients will build the mindset tools to manage pressure, reframe challenges, regulate self-talk, and stay steady through fatigue, uncertainty, and difficult moments.
Clients will learn how to protect their mental well-being, manage internal pressure, and operate in a way that supports consistent performance without burnout.

This is not a prescriptive, step-by-step program. Our work is built around guided reflection, focused conversation, and real-world application—centered on your mental well-being, resilience, and long-horizon performance. Each session creates space to step back from the noise, reconnect with your purpose, and think clearly about the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the goals you’re pursuing. Whether you’re preparing for a major endurance challenge or simply trying to sustain energy and balance in a full life, this is a place to reset your perspective and strengthen your mindset. Rather than providing rigid formulas, I’ll challenge your thinking, help you reframe internal pressure, and bring awareness to the patterns that influence your motivation, confidence, and response to stress. Together, we’ll clarify meaningful goals, align your effort with what matters most, and build the mental resilience needed to stay steady through uncertainty, fatigue, and setbacks. The objective isn’t just to reach the finish line—it’s to support your mental health, protect your energy, and help you grow stronger through the process. This is development at your pace—intentional, sustainable, and grounded in the realities of pursuing big goals over the long horizon. Because the adventure isn’t just the event or achievement—it’s who you become along the way.
Scheduling & Session Use: The program includes six (6) 60-minute sessions. Sessions should be used within 5 months of the program start date unless otherwise agreed. Scheduling is flexible and coordinated based on your availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as completed. Communication Between Sessions: Email access is available for brief questions, reflections, or updates between sessions. The expected response time is 1–2 business days. Extended coaching or complex topics will be addressed during scheduled sessions. Confidentiality: All conversations and assessment results are confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law. Engagement & Responsibility: This experience is designed as a collaborative process. Outcomes depend on your openness, engagement, and willingness to reflect and apply insights between sessions. Coaching supports your decision-making and development but does not provide legal, financial, mental health, or clinical services. Program Fit & Satisfaction: If, after the first two sessions, you feel the engagement is not the right fit, we will discuss options to adjust the approach or conclude the program with a prorated refund for unused sessions.

My work in the mental performance space is grounded in the adventure-driven athlete model—the belief that endurance challenges are a powerful vehicle for building clarity, confidence, and resilience that extend far beyond sport. After 25 years leading in high-pressure operational environments and a lifetime of endurance sports pursuits, I’ve seen that performance is ultimately driven by mindset: how we think under stress, how we respond to setbacks, and how clearly we stay connected to our purpose. I coach athletes and high-performing professionals to define meaningful goals, align their effort with what matters most, and develop the mental discipline to stay steady when conditions get hard—physically, professionally, or personally. I combine professional coaching credentials, including iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, with a mindset-first approach to performance. I help clients reframe limiting beliefs, manage internal pressure, build confidence through intentional goal-setting, and cultivate the resilience required for long-horizon pursuits. The focus is not just on finishing an event, but on who they become in the process—more self-aware, more adaptable, and more capable of navigating challenge with clarity and choice.
