Hi. My approach to Coaching is Results Orientated, Direct and Warm. My approach to Life is Enthusiastic, Fun seeking and Grateful. I help senior executives, like you, make meaningful and lasting changes so you can achieve your goals with clarity and confidence. I am a results focused Executive Coach, with a focus on Leadership, Teams and Communications. Previously he had a successful 30 year career in Finance, most recently with Morgan Stanley. I am half British, half Brooklynite — I uses a blend of wit, grit, and relentless enthusiasm to help you unlock your full potential and succeed. I brings over three decades of success in high-pressure environments at Morgan Stanley and UBS, partnering with C-Suite leaders and investment executives worldwide. These experiences have not only helped my strategic and leadership skills but also shaped my ability to navigate challenges, embrace change, and seize opportunities with optimism—qualities I now brings to every coaching engagement. Beyond my corporate career, I has been fortunate to draw on a variety of unique experiences that inform my coaching practice: relocating to the U.S., transitioning out of banking, founding my own company, mastering public speaking, learning to kitesurf, and balancing the demands of family life. These milestones have also directly informed my coaching philosophy: "practical, results-driven, and deeply human—focused on empowering clients to achieve meaningful and sustainable change."
